Mitch and the crew did a great job of working with me. I had a requirement to match some original oak flooring in the house. He went out of his way to find just the right batch. The job turned out beautifully. I’m having them return to refresh the older flooring in the house. They really worked hard and did several finish coats. A lot of work for a fair price.

I don’t know why I didn’t have this done before as the original hardwood is a much superior floor and made the house look larger. Very aptly named – they are truly Professional. Professional Flooring has installed carpet in my home twice, also laminate flooring in my studio, and they have restained and refinished my hardwood floors. In every case they have been extremely helpful, informative, prompt, and courteous. My hardwood floors were redone eight years ago and still look great. I replaced the carpet just recently because I was foolish enough to put down white carpet several years ago, with two kids and two cats – my bad. Kids are gone, cats now hang out in the garage, and I have beautiful carpet again! They not only did an excellent job, they did it fast, and with no mess. I highly recommend them. Very likeable, and a pleasure to do business with.

I have used Professional Flooring & Design on two different occasions. The first time, I had laminate flooring installed in my downstairs. They did a good job of working around all the angles and and cut-outs. The laminate flooring helped make the space look larger and flow. Carolyn explained how to keep it clean and even gave me the equipment to properly clean my new floor. Then last year, I had new carpeting installed on my stairs and second floor. I watched them as they took out the old carpet and pads and put down the new carpet strips, pads & carpet. They did a really thorough and professional installation and I’m proud to say that my stairs are really quiet now. I love the new carpeting and my new baseboards that Kenny pre-painted, and installed. The installers were professional and really easy to work with. Carolyn was very patient with me on both occasions. I felt that she really listened to what I wanted to accomplish and then made it happen. I highly recommend Professional Flooring & Design whether you have a large job or a small one.
